I hope you enjoyed Saturday's letter. Today I want to tell you something about how I got here.

There's no single moment I can point to. If you read Saturday's letter, you already know about the flight to Toronto. If you do the math, that was during my time at Deloitte and I kept working for years after that. What stayed with me the most from my consulting days is how little it takes to normalize a pace that is quietly costing you more than you realize.

Over time, I became more aware of what I was carrying and that awareness led me to get certified in HypnoBreathwork® and NLP, originally as a tool for myself. When I started bringing these modalities into corporate settings — first with my own team, then through sessions at Sysdig's Sales Kickoff, and later with cybersecurity leaders individually — I kept seeing the same pattern.

Limitless Rebel is what I built to close that gap. I don’t pull people out of high-performance environments, I help them stay in those environments without running on fumes.

In 2024, when I was laid off from Sysdig, I stopped waiting for the right time and committed to this fully.
